AI Credits Are Non-Refundable

All purchases of AI credits are final and non-refundable.

Once credits have been purchased, they cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Because AI credits are digital goods that provide immediate access to our services, we do not offer refunds for:

• Unused credits
• Partially used credit balances
• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with generated flyer results
• Failure to use purchased credits
• User error or misunderstanding of platform features

Users are encouraged to review their purchase carefully before completing payment.

Subscription Plans

If Flyer Hero offers subscription plans, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after billing has occurred.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents Flyer Hero from providing the purchased service, please contact our support team.

In cases where:

• Credits were charged but no generation was delivered, or
• A verified system error occurred,

Flyer Hero may, at its sole discretion, restore affected credits or provide an account credit.

Refunds will not be issued when a credit was successfully used to generate content.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your Flyer Hero account while the dispute is investigated.

We encourage users to contact support first so we can help resolve any issues.

Exceptional Circumstances

Flyer Hero reserves the right, but is not obligated, to issue refunds, credits, or other accommodations in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Any exception made for one customer does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
